You may remember me - I stopped and visited with you about a year ago on my way to Minneapolis from Green Bay for a weekend visit.  You helped me nail down my requirements for a pair of semi-custom bowling shoes.  I ordered a pair immediately and had them for this past 2005/06 season.  They are, by far, the most comfortable bowling shoes I've ever owned.  They also helped me to have my best year ever, with some pretty amazing (for me) highlights:

• In 96 games, I finished with a league-leading 226.6 average, up 18 pins from the previous season.
• Thirteen national honor count 700 series.
• After 33 years of adult league bowling, I rolled my first 300.  A short seven weeks later, I got my second 300!

Being a once-a-week bowler, I had come to the realization that I shouldn't expect too much with regard to consistency and scoring.  That changed dramatically this year, and I certainly give a lot of credit to my new shoes.  At least they took one variable away - I could always expect a great foundation under me, never slipping or sticking.  I knew my approach would always be the same.  Because of the quality materials used (at your recommendation, I opted for the Kevlar sole on my non-sliding foot), instead of my previous style of shuffling along, I was now using a more consistent and solid heel-toe approach. They've made me a better bowler.

Suffice it to say, I am singing the praises of your high-quality products to anyone that will listen.  I brag on my Lind's shoes every chance I get, and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing good-fitting, comfortable, high-quality shoes.

Dear Linds,

My dad, Nick, and I both use your Men's Classic bowling shoes in white. I took a sabbatical from bowling and picked it up again at the beginning of 2005 -- and, of course, I needed to buy bowling shoes. My dad, who has been bowling for 30 years, has had only 2 pairs of shoes over the entire 30 years; both were the high quality Lind's Classic in white.  His first pair lasted for 15 years, the second has survived for the last 15 years (and are still going!). He suggested that I get those same shoes, which I did. Boy, what an investment at $100.

I bowl at least twice a week, and now, since I am on our High School team, I may bowl 5-6 days straight each week just for HS (matches and practice), then weekly league, and plus my normal practice. These shoes, no matter if on wood or synthetic approaches, slide well, even where others (name-brand shoes that cost over twice what I paid for Lind's) have sticking problems (my home alley is notorious for stickage). Just keep those soles clean of debris and you will have the most consistent slide.

I just purchased a new pair of Lind's Exxxtra shoes.  I have not used Lind's for several years and thought I would give them another shot. They fit and were comfortable so I took them to our local bowling center this morning. I adjusted the soles and found them very compatible with the wood lane approaches. I started bowling and shot a 200,followed by a perfect 300, and then a 237. I did not have any problem on the approaches and was very pleased with my new shoes.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you that my 14 year old son, Zachary Seals, bowled a perfect 300 game on September 9th, 2006 while wearing a pair of your Lind's Exxxtra shoes.  He got them the year before for Christmas and he loves them. He bowled his 300 game on the first day of the new youth bowling season, then proceeded to bowl his first 700 series (with a 747)!  Thank you for making a superior product that helped my son achieve perfection.

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much I enjoyed bowling against Linds pins for the first time. Had the opportunity to sub in a league in Boerne, Tx at Boerne Turn Verein and the Linds pins were very high scoring. Haven't had so much action from pins in a long time and these pins have been in use for a year. They still sound good and look good. You might want to drop them a note as they thought Linds pins were no longer available. I did mention to them that you were still selling pins. They seem pretty pleased with them. I know I was certainly impressed and this is coming from someone who is used to Amflites.

Hi Linds,

This is Al over at Southtowne Lanes in Eugene, OR. I just wanted to thank you for the new pins and tell you how much we are enjoying them. We put them in right before our big men's city tournament and everyone was having a lot of fun. That was three months ago now and they still look brand new. Hardly a scratch on them.
